Nature & Mast Cells

"Redondo Beach, California adopted the Goodyear Blimp as the city's official bird in 1983."

I walked a bit around the yard taking a few pictures, visited Mom and Dad working in the yard, and saw my neighbor who is my new twin. My neighbor has a heart monitor on and with my port, we look like twins. I checked the mail, for some reason its never for me. Haha

This afternoon, Mom took me to my favorite local plant shop. It was very busy. Saw an

entertaining lizard that looked like an alligator or dino that jumped. The shop was super busy. Once I got back to the car I told mom I was so exhausted, but randomly a bit of energy popped up outside the car, Nikki and Talitha. They were randomly coming in as we were coming out. So nice to see some lovely faces.

By seven o'clock I was zonked. My muscles were super sore all day, I think from bathing yesterday. Being outside seemed to have triggered the Mast Cell Activation Syndrome creating itchy redness all over my body and effecting my breathing and swallowing, furthering my fatigue.

Remedy... rest. Funny I don't rest well. Tonight I am hoping to get real rest. Tomorrow I am hoping to watch church, work on doing some detoxing, and attempt gentle medication organizing.

Please pray my mind will allow my body to rest, that I can get comfortable to fall asleep, for my mast cells to calm down, that my muscles and back will aches will ease up, and for the chest pains to be alleviated.

Thank you for the continued support and prayers.
