IV Antibiotic Day & the Little Things

“It has long been an axiom of mine that the little things are infinitely the most important.”

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes

Today I had another antibiotic day. I was so exhausted from yesterday that I slept in this morning. The timing of everything is a bit off but we are still getting a rhythm with for schedule with meds.

We did our first bag this morning. Unfortunately, I felt sick immediately. I tried taking a nap this afternoon, but sleep seems to be a foreign enemy to my body. Haha.

I got to take a walk around the yard. The small things bring my heart joy, like Dad with his bees, new blooms, the setting sun's lighting on dandelions, new plants, great lyrics in a song, and mom even washed my hair tonight. I am really thankful for those simple things.

Tonight I did another bag of antibiotics. It went much faster than normal, which was really odd. More odd I didn't feel horrible. But then it hit me like a bomb. I am okay though.

I am excited for tomorrow. Sunday's are good days with church (online), LR IV bags, planning for the week, possible outdoor moments, and maybe some family time.

I am always working on improving my sleep, stabilizing my stomach, and minimizing my pain. I appreciate everyone keeping me in your thoughts and prayers.

Also, we have a Craft/Vendor Show fundraiser coming up in two weeks. We are looking for more vendors and crafters. We will also need volunteers the day of the show. Contact me if you or anyone you know are interested.
