Hello Herxing...

There are so many things that I could say abt today, but mainly I started herxing hardcore today. Herxing is the die of the bacteria in your body until its detoxed out. So in layman's terms the bacteria is dying and sitting in my body like poison until it makes its way out. Its pretty much evil that makes for a great deal of pain.

Also, my stomach is all kinds of torn up today. Running to the bathroom feeling like I'm going to throw up and so forth.

**Die off is good bc it means the medications are working. It just makes a person incredibly sick and in pain during the process.
